Dianne is the proud owner of Executive Hair Additions. With over 34 years of experience, Dianne has devoted her career to perfecting her hairstyling techniques and building confidence in her clients. Dianne's journey in the beauty industry began when she was just 19 while she was studying hair replacement in Germany. She continued her education in hair restoration techniques while working with the Hair Club. Dianne took her expertise with her as she moved to the Caribbean where she opened her first salon. While she still misses the tropical atmosphere, she relocated her salon Boca Roton with her family. Dianne spent 10 years perfecting her craft and building her client base before the salon had outgrown its space and moved to the location of Glades and Boca Raton Blvd, which has been Executive Hair Solution’s home for the past 15 years. “I come to work every day enjoying making people feel confident again. It pleases me to see someone leave my salon feeling ready to take on anything with their new and improved look. I have designed my salon with private rooms as well as quick and convenient stations to make my clients feel as comfortable as possible and really at home. I truly believe that if you invest time on your appearance, it ensures your entire attitude towards life will be a positive one."

REANNA GUIDE

Reanna Arielle Guide is Executive Hair Addition’s Salon Coordinator, Colorist, and Image Consultant. Growing up in her mom’s hair and day spa (Dianne Williams Daughter), Reanna developed her passion for the beauty industry at a young age and knew that she was destined for a career in hair. At just 14, Reanna started working in the salon and quickly grew hungry to understand every facet of the business. From perfecting the creative color techniques to developing her product knowledge, Reanna has devoted her career to educating herself on the latest industry trends and techniques. After completing three years in college, Reanna couldn’t resist her beauty biz calling, and moved to New York City to attend one of the nation’s top beauty schools. During her time in New York, Reanna perfected her techniques while working in three of the city’s most luxurious salons over three years living in Manhattan, as well as working in the infamous fashion week as a stylist. Reanna has since brought her knowledge of top beauty trends, techniques, and luxury hairstyling to the heart of East Boca Raton where it all started, as the right hand of her mother.
